Adding a Store

Click the Add a store to this account link on the My NCR Secure Pay Account page to display the ClosedAdd Store to Account page, which allows you to add a new store to your NCR Secure Pay account.

For the new store, enter a Store Name, the e-mail address to which settlement message should be sent, and the NCR Counterpoint Serial # for the store. Select the Processor for the store, enter the information you obtained from the processor for the store, and then click the Update Information button to add the store.

When you add a new store to your NCR Secure Pay account, a message will be sent to the e-mail address you specified for the store that includes the store's Secure Pay POS Username and Secure Pay POS Password, as well as the Secure Pay Portal Username and Secure Pay Portal Password for the store.
